Membership Manager Full-time
About the Position
Move Redmond is seeking a Membership Manager to support Move Redmond’s member organizations and deliver programs that help people walk, bike, take transit, rideshare, and use other sustainable transportation options.
This role combines member relationship management, transportation program support, communications, event planning, and project coordination. The Program Manager works closely with employers, property managers, local governments, and community partners and should be comfortable managing multiple projects in a small nonprofit environment.
Job Requirements
- Manage and support relationships with Move Redmond members, including employers, property managers, and community partners.
- Develop and deliver transportation programs, resources, and technical assistance tailored to member needs.
- Coordinate Commute Trip Reduction (CTR), Redmond Mobility Management Plans (TMP), and related transportation services, including commute surveys, reporting, and program implementation.
- Plan and support workshops, training, networking events, transportation events, and other member programming.
- Conduct outreach to prospective members and help manage membership renewals, contracts, invoicing, and program records.
- Stay current on Transportation Demand Management strategies and support Move Redmond’s broader advocacy, communications, and organizational activities as needed.
- Organize the annual Move Redmond Member Meeting
- Provide some operations support to the organization, including invoicing, tracking accounts receivable and other administrative tasks
- Support Move Redmond’s advocacy and programs
Qualifications
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to explain technical information to non-technical audiences
- Experience managing projects, programs, clients, members, or community partnerships
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities independently
- Experience planning events, meetings, training, or public-facing programs
- Familiarity with common workplace tools such as Microsoft Word, Sharepoint, Excel, Teams, and Outlook, databases, email marketing, and social media
- Interest in transportation and how it intersects with issues such as housing, climate, accessibility, equity, and community development
- Must live in Washington State, within a reasonable distance to commute to Redmond for in person events and meetings
- Must align with Move Redmond’s organizational values and have a passion for walking, biking and public transit
Desired Qualifications
- Familiarity with Transportation Demand Management, transit, biking, walking, or employer transportation programs
- Experience working with employers, property managers, government agencies, or nonprofit organizations
- Experience with surveys, data analysis, mapping, or reporting
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience preferred
Compensation and Benefits
- Annual salary of $70,000 – $80,000 depending on qualifications,
